Very generic. The Bojack/Hollyhock relationship is going exactly as expected. And the looking for a mother part is not very original. The campaign and the fighting that ensues between Diane and Mr Peanutbutter is going exactly as expected. Even Princess Carolyn's side story is very predictable.
All this stories could have been (and well, have been) told in other movies or show and it would not make a single difference.
