Right after I stopped crying, well, the last time I cried, I realized the Doomcock army would not be so satisfied. (not to throw shade, I love and respect Doomcock, even if I disagree at times).
But, really, when has good Science Fiction NOT been about relationships? Sure they may not dwell, wallow, whatever, as much, but for a loss such as this loud noise is due.
Do you respect more the funeral with keening, or quiet bowed heads?
And, personally, just like Bond Girls, all Babes ever on Star Trek deserve immortal respect, and we have been lucky to have had Michelle Freakin' Yeoh (Hong Kong Cinema Royalty...Crouching Tiger, Police Story, etc).
