I really don't get the Triads' reaction here. They interfered in the Hand's business, that got one of their guy killed. Given how he was afraid of them, that's a pretty cheap price to pay. Also his first reaction should be against Danny, since it looks like he ratted them out after their agreement. But no, instead he decides to give information on the Hand to Danny. Not only taking a huge risk by giving the intel, but also by betting that Danny is a safe person to give this info too. That's quite a stretch. Moreover, how much more cryptic could that message be, like, who could understand that ? Nobody seems to have heard of the order, who could understand what the mark means ?
That would mean they want the pier because of Danny ? As Triads got jealous I would have bet on drugs.
