Liberal Arts 2012

I really loved this movie. In a lot of ways it reminded me of High Fidelity in that it addressed the difficulties that a man can having trying to move into adulthood. And as the movie progressed we came to see that nobody ever really feels like an adult - instead we must look at our aging faces in the mirror and the date on our birth certificate and infer that we are adults. I thought the movie addressed these themes in a subtle and very sweet manor. Elizabeth Olsen really steals the show as a "rough draft" of a teen that at first appears to be more adult than the adults. It was just a lovely movie to watch and I was sad when it ended.
