Great episode. I love that Cavill and Layton are both highly intelligent people in their own domains and that comes with a level of mutual understanding and communication. He is a people reader through and through. That phonecall to 'Wilford' was the moment he realised the ruse and at the same time she clocked his realisation. Between that and their silent communication about LJ really highlighted the quality in this show.
And finally, despite the somewhat foreshadowing start, neither of the wlw characters died! That's gotta be a rare occurrence.
