An incredibly well done episode. The present atmosphere for police and this police shows is very anti police. The professor was a decent example if that without being extreme. She brought up many of the arguments against the police and Nolan the the rest did a good job of showing that things aren't exactly as the professor assumed and acknowledged there is room for change. The difficulty of being a cop and expected to perform so many different tasks is nothing new, but the circumstances of training and demands on the force have changed causing many police to be ill equipped for all the current situations they find themselves in.
