What a gasbag filler of an episode?! I really went into the series expecting action on a grand scale, especially considering the huge budget. But then we get this. These are the same guys who were a part of the Avengers who were fighting Thanos and I was blown away seeing endgame, and now we get this whimper. Sorry but this gets worst with every episode for me considering the high expectations and the terrific opening fight sequence in the first episode. The plot is stretched so thin with some seemingly useless side quests. And then towards the end, some corny life lessons shared by the Falcon and Bucky while tossing that Frisbee around..... Sorry if this feels like a rant but I expected more, just my opinion....
Edit: Also who is the villain again? At least I hope there is a good boss level fight sequence in the last episode...

you sound so stupid fr

@traktkumar TV series will never be like the movies, so you should stop watching and stick to re-watching the Avengers movies for the umpteenth time.
I for one am glad it's not a generic procedural about a different mission every week like The Blacklist.

"corny life lesson"? Wow, you didn't learn anything. Sad.

@traktkumar It continues the story from last week. With Falcon and Winter Soldier going after Walker.
I am not sure how that’s a filler.

@traktkumar Hey. I'd like to welcome you to the world of TV shows.
TV shows have multiple episodes spread across a span of time.
This allows the writers to integrate slower paced moments into the narrative, and allow for more character development then a compressed 2 hour movie. They have more time to build the world up instead of just going full throttle. If you're into mindless nonstop fighting and explosions then cool. But I actually like learning a little about what makes these character's tick. It just makes me care more tbh

@traktkumar also these things happened in the "Filler" episode

0- That absolutely amazing fight scene between Bucky, Sam & Walker
1- Walker has a court hearing and is discharged, then its implied he's going rogue.
2- Walker is discharged and talks with a mysterious woman who knows a little too much about everything.
3- Sharon seals a deal with someone on the phone
4- Sam confronts the history of black super soldiers in America, and the repercussions of what it means for a black man to have the shield.
5- They fix a boat (ok thats filler)
6- Sam & Bucky have a talk giving Bucky a moment of realization about coming to terms with his past, while also allowing both of them to reflect on what the shield stands for and its complicated history.
7- Karlie gets in contact with the man Sam screwed over in episode 1, and it appears he's out to kill him
8- The flag smashers are now in New York and begin a raid on a big (basically) UN summit.

IDK. Seems like a lot happened in this episode. Not all action but lots of plot nonetheless

@traktkumar This guy is expecting all action and no story. Sorry, that's why these shows exist to add more flesh to the stories than existed before. This was probably the best episode yet.

@mattdeezly1996 I watch the show with subtitles so I know the man Sharon makes the deal is the one who's helping Karlie, his name is Batroc. Edit: I didn't put in spoilers because it was literally written on the subtitles.
