@ilija-ovic laundering it doesn't mean giving it away! but yes, I totally agree there was total lack of communication & it's understandable she probably was afraid of Walt being irrational & saying no to giving money to Ted. (and technically at this point in the timeline, he didn't need anyone to wipe their identities!)

I don‘t even like Skyler but this really was not her fault. If Walt had been honest with her about the danger they‘re in she wouldn’t have been this reckless with the money. From her perspective giving it to Ted was necessary to keep the IRS from investigating them. Yes, she should‘ve told Walter about it, but taking his previous reaction into regard – „I earn the money, you launder it“ – it makes sense why she did this on her own.
