I’m all hot and bothered again. So many court scenes are scripted without any regard for how a trial actually proceeds. This episode has the defense attorney facing the JURY and asking THEM questions! In a real court of law, opposing counsel would have immediately objected. The same lawyer spoke on and on while facing the witness, and without asking a single question – he was testifying. And again the opposing attorney did not object. It’s just a fantasy version of what some script writer wants to see in order to promote his plot.
