Unfortunately, the relationship subplot and the Voyager banter and Janeway's bravado, and BQ's dialog was also tepidly cliché cringe. They also really should have used a vocoder effect with the Borg Queen's voice.
Much less interesting than the first time the VOY crew came into direct conflict with the Borg and made the uneasy truce that resulted in Seven's introduction to the crew.
