@the-ace-face When this show aired on HBO in the mid 80s, each episode always had racy, gratuitous nude scenes that substituted for plot, so you may have been watching the syndicated, edited-for-television versions. I remember the first time I saw an edited episode and thinking, "They just replaced the sex scenes with commercial breaks and it sucks now!"

How about writing proper storylines, rather then piecing scenes together that make no sense. The result is each episode finishing without an actual ending and leaves you asking, what just happened?
Each episode is a different story akin to Alfred Hitchcock presents, Twilight zone, and Tales of the unexpected, but pick the worst episodes from these 3 shows and they are still head and shoulders above this shows best episodes.
How this show lasted so long is anyone’s guess, but the comedy value must have kept the audiences laughing!
