Ohh this is exquisite so far. The setting... ah, beautiful. The language... Superb. The use of colours... the way she sticks out with her blue eyes and blue jacket, when the colours around her are so earthy. And the way the world is constructed, it being so natural for witches and vampires to just walk around - enchanting. The scene in the library, between him and her was so tense I was breathing very shallow.
Off to a great start.
