OMG Come on! Even people who aren't cops knows that the way they approached that shooter is completely wrong. She had a huge blind spot and you never go in blind like that. It's just passing on a hill in the left lane when driving when you can't see over the hill so you do not pass. Period. That was really dumb and any good cop would know Not to do it.
