Solid action episode. They had the expensive Borg cube set. I guess they had to reuse it for another double feature. It further reduces the amount of anxiety the Borg can inspire. The crew has discovered many imperfections by now. Plus, the very fact that it's yet another Borg episode could be viewed negatively: This show could become too "Borg-ish" and retell old stories again and again but I said it before and I'll say it again: given how lacklustre all the other species in the quadrant are, I'll prefer the Borg as Voyager's archenemy for the time being. (And of course it again explores the possibility of individuals within the collective. As if there's no other interesting topic you could focus on hen it comes to the Borg civilization.)
PS: Is the end a good cliffhanger? Don't think so. Everybody understands that the capture and "assimilation prep" is likely part of the plan. I mean, Chaotay even indicates something to that effect.
