Spectacular television. The tension is masterfully balanced, with an A, B and C plots and so intriguing that they all feel like A plots. It'd be easy to rank this episode above the prior episode, as famous as it is, because it does do many things better than the previous episode, but the cold open sacrifices consistent pacing for stylistic flair, which certainly feels nice, but doesn't work narratively. Still, a quarter of the episode in, you'll be knee deep in and enthralling thriller and a gorgeous cinematic feat.
