The things that annoy me in this show are actually the same things I hate in YA books (you can easily tell that series is based on such a book). Let's take the Anya situation as an example. Clarke and the others are literally fighting for their lives and Anya attacks them and tries to kill them. And then suddenly Clarke yells "Don't! We're not like the Grounders!". And all I can think is what the hell. This is about pure survival! They already killed Grounders and people. And now they have the chance to get rid of one of the leaders and they don't do it? This is "kill or be killed". In most YA books they would regret this sooner or later because Anya would betray them or stab them in the back. I'm actually curious how the show will handle it - Will Anya actually help them or will she try to kill them again?
