I can't believe this season is already over, what a great finale! So many heartbraking scenes in this one. Uhtred and his son, Leofric and lastly Iseult... wow.
I think I have to start reading the books to shorten the waiting time for season 2 because I'm really looking forward to it.
Netflix announced that they are co-producing the new season because BBC America is no longer involved. I hope that means they get a bigger budget and can show more (and more impressive) fights then. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
