Lily and Holden welcome a baby girl into the world on Christmas Day. Lucinda and Sierra help Lucy to remember seeing "The Nutcracker" and wonders when she will dance again. When Aaron brings news of the new baby, Sierra and Lucinda head to the Synder house. Aaron is encouraged when Lucy remembers kissing him before. Carly and Jack celebrate Christmas with Molly and Mike. Carly is surprised that Jack asked Molly to buy gifts for JJ out of uncertainty of Carlys feelings for the baby. Later, Carly surprises Jack with a monogrammed jacket that she made for JJ. Mike covers his guilt when Molly comments on their happiness. An emotional Jessica stays with an unconscious Marshall prior to his surgery. Ben counters his personal feelings towards Marshall before the surgery and asks Jessica to contact Marshalls father.
