Season 2 was just as amazing as season 1. I need to find more shows like this. Any recommendations? Let’s hope there is season 3.
This is a series that comes together very well. A more realistic feel to the policing and a variety of really engaging characters. It's not common to see rookies and old hands producing such a harmonious result but this series has been a real delight.
A good police show. Finally. Long time overdue
The Belfast environment around the aspiring response officers in their last two months of training provides an atmosphere of constant tension, reflecting the unhealed wounds and memories of the violence of The Troubles. There are some conflicts with MI5, which maintains a presence in Belfast, a kind of undercover control that raises suspicions even among police officers on patrol. A powerful drama that describes an atmosphere of uncertainty in which it is the police themselves who feel the least protected, forced to hide the names from their uniform when they enter dangerous neighborhoods. S2 loses strength and tension and begins to show signs of becoming a more conventional police drama.
Good cinematography, mostly likable cast and well done drama. There’s a “secret police” sub plot that is absolutely bland and takes away from the good plots. Would probably be an 8 from me if that bit didn’t exist.
Brilliant series, drama, laughter, real life, roll on series 2
Really enjoyed the first season - great cast. Hope it's going to be a new long-runner.
Only watched the first one on the release date but so far so good.
About time, for a show that is a closer true reflection of what Police life is like in N Ireland.

Damn this show is so amazing. Just straight up story telling without any of the woke shit found on American TV shows. Love it. Hope they make season 2. Highly recommend watching this show.
