It's incredible how fast this show can shift from the funniest thing on earth to the saddest. Never ceases to amaze me...
Now THIS is the sadness I subscribed for!
cried like a baby on this one
While the war time story did not really tie in with the main story, the way it was blended was particularly well done. It explains a little Bojack's mother's attitude, ending being a huge kick in the guts, really one of the saddest thing to ever happen on TV for a 30 minutes only character.
I'm very VERY glad the horses running scene was just a fleeting thing and not a real plot idea. It already ruined the last season ending,we didn't need more of it. Still think Bojack is handling Sarah Lynn's death way too well though.
BoJack "eloquently" quoting Sarah Lynn at the end was the highlight of the episode, for me. So classy!
I knew his family was shitty, but Jesus Christ I didn't think it'd go that far.
Dude just lobotomized his wife cuz he can't be fucked to actually address her trauma.
It's scary to think that it used to be somewhat normalized...
Anyway, this was a great episode. Seems BoJack has once more realized that maybe everything's not as bad as he thought it was.
Did BoJack yell Todd in that bathroom scene or was that just me? That story with the other horses was like watching a horror film [8]
