Will and Hannah aren't at fault. They repeatedly stressed how risky the surgery was, but the woman refused to pick any other option. Elsa was being annoying for no reason.
The kiss between April and Marcel is being overblown to a ridiculous degree. However, April and Ethan are a terrible couple, so it's best that they split. They do nothing but disagree with each other. They are constantly at odds. They've needed to break up a long time ago.
Seriously? Choi wants to risk the life of another patient so he can "help" some bloody kid who is in no immediate danger. He should be fired. And please get rid of Elsa at the same time.

I do not like Elsa, I haven't since she showed up on this show. She's just a crappy character that gets on my nerves who causes nothing but headaches and problems. I think that's all she's in this show for and will cause even more problems. For now I think that she is about to reek havoc for Dr. Halstead and Dr. Asher.
