Great series - especially the first seven seasons; it lost its way a bit when it made its comeback in the late 80s with Columbo becoming a little bit of a caricature / parody of himself. Always worth a watch, though. British channel 5USA have had them on endless shuffled rotation every Sunday for the past few years and it's a great way to spend the proverbial day of rest.
I have seen every episode at least 10 times, and I will see them again. The best detective TV show ever.

Columbo is one of those shows that you can easily put on when you're mood of something fun but also clever. Peter Falk was a genius and still had it in 2003 when he made the last episode. Not many shows span 35 years with the same central character!
