Garth (DJ Qualls) showing up was pretty awesome!
The practical effects of these two stories are what makes them the most enjoyable. The werewolf reminds me of the ones in the movie, "Dog Soldiers". The story also gives off a similar vibe.
The better entry is "The Finger". What a strange little story this is. Bob the finger monster brings down some heavy violence on the enemies of Clark. The story is mostly dark humor but it can be a little creepy, too. It appears to have been written by David J. Schow. I've not read many of Schow's novels but if you like the original 1960's TV series "The Outer Limits", then you MUST get a copy of Schow's book, "The Outer Limits Companion", which happens to be the greatest book about a TV show that I've ever read.
In this second episode, both storylines shine brighter with a solid cast and engaging plot. Keep watching! :star::star::star:
And they basically put a xenomorph in that second story - really original. /s Couldn't they have designed their own creature? It's almost a good story, but again, it's too drawn out and boring - there isn't anything to it. With bad writing, you can't even act your way out of this, either.
I feel like this is trying to copy Bobcat Goldthwait's "Misfits and Monsters".... Idk. But without the good writing, people, more of a story, and the ridiculous comedy.
Terrible writing. Worse acting. What the actual hell. This is so bad it's like a CW show - so disappointing
Another great couple of episodes! Really loved the second one the best, who wouldn’t love a little guy named Bob?
second one was good but first one with the wolf felt weird
