A mediocre episode with a bullshit ending spelling more crap drama coming which has nothing to do with solving crime.
The Hollywood hacks pretending to be writers seems dead set on trying to ruin this show.
Why would J.J. be the unit chief? I mean, the best candidates--Hotch and Morgan--are gone, and Reid's had so much stuff happen the past couple seasons, and everyone else besides Garcia is new. But what about Rossi? I know he doesn't want to be chief, but he is a better candidate than J.J. since he's been at it longer.
Now THIS feels like a Criminal Minds episode. Not just the writing but the directing as well. Almost everything about this episode felt like classic Criminal Minds...

Finally, this was the first episode in years which was actually worthwhile. The happy ending crap was getting irritating.
