Anachronisms
Earlier, McGinty says that he acquired the bar 38 years ago, mentioning he won it from someone who was living at the Blackstone. Later, Gary finds the newspaper dated from 1948 which was from 48 years ago, off by 10 years.
Revealing mistakes
Toward the beginning, the waitress filling Chuck's coffee cup has McGinty's misspelled on her shirt. It's shown as McGintey's.
