Love the rush and the fast pace! Although I am personally struggling to keep up with who did/said what. So far, I really cannot stand Chuck and Jen.
Dan becomes an insider through Serena who is fast becoming an outsider because of her fragmented past and departure from boarding school.
Chuck seems to understand Blair better than she knows herself which is quite touching because it demonstrates that he is in love with her in his own way. He says things like 'your eyes are doing that thing where it doesn't match your lips.' It is good script writing even if the characters are undesirable.
Apart from the fact that Chuck has weak lips, he seems to have good movement, and it's almost a pity that he doesn't hit back when Dan pushes him around.
Bart has a brunch party to help Chuck meet people and make friends. That the kind of party I'd like to go where I can meet producers and distributors.
Fucking hell this show has so many terrible people lol. Nate, Blair, and Chuck are all cunts. Chuck the worst. Idk how Nate and Blair are friends with a rapist bro. Serena was a little manipulative at the end, but it’s nothing horrible tbh. Dan overreacted too. I still think they’re the best 2 characters. It sucks seeing Jenny getting taken advantage of too. I don’t necessarily like her as a character yet, but I hope she fucks up Chuck one day.

I think I've picked the 3 I like and the 3 I don't. Serena should just use what's happened as an opportunity to get out and make a new life. But then we wouldn't have a TV show. I'm slightly concerned how much Jenny's gonna get used.

The second episode, enjoyed just as much as the pilot if not more. Damn though, Blake & Chuck...can't stand them! I do think Dan got a bit too mardy with Serena at 'that moment', like, yeah...she's been with a guy before, big shock ha. But I do love the characters of Serena & Dan at the moment, we'll see how things play out.
