We head back to the Norfolk village of Hilgay, where Tommy first saw a characterful semi-detached cottage with very low ceilings back at the beginning of 2022. He’s also in Southampton to see a two-bed end-terrace. Dion is in Stoke-on-Trent to see a three-bed semi in need of a layout change downstairs.
