A former military couple who work in Washington, DC, are excited to finally settle down into a home they can stay in for a long time. He dreams of the grand Colonials he saw on TV, but she loves California contemporary ranch-style homes. To complicate things further, they also need rehearsal and recording space for their a cappella band.
