Ryan and Drew are in conflict over buying move-in ready or a fixer-upper in Nashville. Ryan, who's renovated nine homes, is itching to find an older craftman fixer to update. Drew, on the other hand, is sick of living in a construction zone, and would like a move-in ready ranch house, with room in the yard for their 3 chickens.
