Bridget, Kevin, and their 2 young children have been living with her parents for the past six months in Silver Spring, Maryland. While they've enjoyed being close to family, they're ready to buy a spacious Colonial... a little farther away. But even with a budget of $700,000, finding the perfect house is proving to be a challenge. Kevin wants room for a grand piano as well as a catwalk, but Bridget thinks catwalks are dangerous for young kids. On board to help is their agent Franco, who happens to be Bridget's brother.
