I’m not an argentinian but I’m sure Argentina doesn’t look like in this episode.

Robin's relationship with Gael didn't last long. I guess the writers weren't able to have Enrique Iglesias on the show for more than two episodes.

6.5/10. This was something of a scattershot episode that was less than the sum of its parts. The strongest story was the Marshall/Lily death envelope one, that balanced some legitimate emotional stuff with some solid goofy comedy (and our first flash-forward, if I'm not mistaken!). The most middling was the Ted/Barney out-of-towner routine, which felt kind of miscalibrated from the beginning, but had a few laugh lines (Ted's arbitrary New Jersey hate feels well-observed and Barney's attempts to keep up the ruse were good), despite the kind of scumminess of the premise. Robin's story was the weakest. There's the germ of a good idea about how you are on vacation and how that melts away once you get back to your regular life, but the execution was either sitcom hacky (your vacation boyfriend invited a bunch of backpackers to stay!) or just sort of weird (your vacation self is hitting on you!) and so it didn't end up amounting to much.
