To inaugurate this new series of "Julie's Notebooks" dedicated to farmers of a new kind, or rather returned to the traditional values of their trade, Julie gives you an appointment in Burgundy, a few kilometers from Beaune, to meet Frédéric Ménager. Frédéric was for a long time a cook, he worked in the biggest houses, but he decided to change his life and become a poultry farmer of old breeds, and to work to preserve our plates and good products.
