On 4th December 1872, a brigantine was discovered adrift, with partial mast in the Atlantic Ocean just off the Azores Islands, with no crew, no sign of a struggle and no reason as to their disappearance.
And so, the most famous maritime mystery was born the curse of The Ghost Ship Mary Celeste.
