I love how Viv gives the laser-eye shelter... remember how in a flash back they were watching Frankenstein as kids.
But why is her new friend so... “weak” out of a sudden? After everything he’s so helpless suddenly, why?!?
Let’s talk in colours instead of just... writing things down? Or did I miss the part where he communicates that he cannot write? It’s cute though. Still strange how “helpless” he suddenly is. And who aaaare you, who who? Coming out of a summoning circle that “is nothing”.
This episode crushed it. Loved every minute!
"Are you pressing the pause button on us?" What? You two have been together for all of five minutes. There is no "us" as far as you two are concerned. I'm not sure which twin is more pathetic, but I am thinking Geoff is slightly in the lead. He is so incredibly self centered "the mind boggles".
And why can't Viv's new friend just write things down? Did Seth lose his mind along with his vocal chords? What did Daddy do to you? The color thing makes no sense. I can understand he lost his vocal cords, but the lack of writing makes no sense.
I hope that Geoff and Viv are dead, but I doubt we are going to be that lucky.

Ayyy, they had a The Dark Crystal poster in Fred and Seth's room! A little funny, since the scene took place in 1975, and the movie came out in 1982, but a super cool reference to Netflix doing a prequel series to the movie.
A funny coincidence is that some of the background to The Dark Crystal came from a collection of writings by Jane Roberts called "Seth Material".
But anyway, I thought it was a little ridiculous with how Geoff reacted towards Phillip for how it went with his parents. Yes, they're young, but I feel like at 17-18, Geoff ought to be a little more mature than that. Then again, a lot of shit has happened in his life and the whole family dynamic has blown up, so Geoff is kind of floundering right now. Considering that, I guess I can better accept, what is to me, an over-the-top reaction.
