I'm seeing a trend with Netflix. The first 6-7 episodes are crap and then they have 3 or 4 episodes with plot and substance. This was finally a decent episode.

No real surprises here. Everything being "revealed" was hinted so hard that it isn't surprising at all.
No idea what the dramatic music at the end was. The (actually pretty accurate) accusation of genocide (at least attempted genocide is fair) would have been a better ending.
