This one was weird - all the situations on previous episodes were a bit absurd, to put it lightly, but it reaches new levels here. Between Vani and her friend trying to catch a frog to cast a spell on Rui and Rui's misadventures with his new boss, from making a joke about food on her teeth on the elevator, discovering she's her boss and trying to stop her from actually seeing the food on her teeth by seducing her simply led to an absurd array of situations where we had hilarious, but barely believable scenes. Sure, it's a sitcom that breaks the fourth wall constantly, but it seemed out of proportion even by the standards set before, a few problematic scenes as well, but lighter in overall than the ones in "Club Rules". The reconciliation felt a bit unsatisfactory, being very light and sudden, without nothing triggering it exactly (Rui was a total jerk to Vani on the episode and it was never really addressed, she just came back to him) A decent episode nonetheless, even if bordering the "too absurd" lane, the gears are still a bit rusty but I sensing a progression on the plots, there wasn't a lot of monologues and fourth-wall breaks that were interesting or spoke about their relationship in specific, the whole thing felt a bit off plot-wise.
