Elderly psychopath Harry S. Plinkett dissects a variety of movies using a blend of skilled film critique and surreal black comedy. All reviews are interspersed with footage of Plinkett's mentally unbalanced "extracurricular activities" which include imprisoning hookers in his basement and shootouts with the police.
