The Tuvok imposter was very funny. Nice episode.

More fun than I thought it would be. This is a true stand-alone episode. No concern with continuity or logic. That fake Tuvok was taking his role a bit too seriously I'd say. But do I detect a small jab towards the fandom in this episode ?
I love the rip-off uniforms with the exaggerated communicator and rank pins. Reminds me a bit of the cheap ones you could buy way back (and probably still can)

A surprisingly fun episode. I liked it a lot.

That's silly. It's strangely entertaining though. Can't even say why. Like the Ferengi imposter episode from an earlier season (or Some like it hot for this matter of fact) this is a memorable episode - albeit its silliness. It's still a mediocre episode, though, 'cause it doesn't even try to be more than a little diversion from all that hostile space and serious philosophy. Like the Ferengi episode, it's a good job by the costume and make-up department.

As usual, Janeway is way too slow to issue orders and let's Voyager get damaged and two conmen escape. This should have been a trivial capture...

However the rest of the episode is entertaining and Tuvok improvising was very fun to watch. Also, the faux Tuvok was committed to the role making him really fun as well.
