That face I made when I finally realized the prince regent is Mark Gatiss (Mycroft from Sherlock)
(197-word review) My immediate impression of this episode was that the score was way more prominent than usual. I swear every other scene had music playing. And it was great. That likely played a significant part in making this episode seem the most atmospheric one thus far.
Despite only a tiny bit of plot progression again, expectedly, as this show is a slow-burn, it was undoubtedly better than previous episodes, which, in hindsight, were somewhat erratic in their structure; this one came across as more concise. But more generally, it seemed more engaging: we got an episode drowned in the score, the introduction of Cholmondeley (another central character for the season's remainder), a fight sequence, a robbery, and naturally, more back-and-forth moves of intellect, for political purposes and negotiation, that continue to come back to a progressional standstill.
There was, more or less, "something different" about this episode. And whatever it was (possibly the indication and feeling of everything in motion, ready to boil over) probably contributed to making it this season's best up to this point, which, from what I've read by some people variously on the internet, is a common sentiment. This show continues to be entertaining.
Tom Hardy se cogió a la hermana a control remoto usando lo que yo asumo es 'magia negra'; no sé sinceramente como harán para superar eso y la verdad no espero que lo hagan. Ya me puedo dar por satisfecho.
After a slow start to the series, I feel this episode marks a significant change in its fortunes! Very good episode, full of action with a promise for more in the next episode.
Great Episode! My god Tom Hardy can't get any sexier!
Wow!!! I said last weeks episode (3) was my favorite but I've changed my mind. Episode 4 is now my new favorite and has left me a tad confused! I'm hoping some of you out here might have some thoughts on the scene where... SPOILER AHEAD James is sitting in front of the fire and his sister, Zilpha is having a sexual dream. Then later she and James speak on him visiting her and about his "gift" he learned to how to use it in Africa. Was James using Astral projection (or astral travel) and putting himself inside her dream or dream walking?? We don't see him "with her" but there is someone with her. Clearly this is something she knows about and has experienced with him before because she said it was evil. Any insight fellow fans (I will assume you are fans if you are watching lol) can shed would be awesome!
Omg and next weeks episode with the... dual!! This is going to be tricky because as much as James HATES Zilpha's husband I don't believe he would want to hurt her by killing her husband who is a complete lunatic and asshat!
I really really wish this was on Amazon or Netflix so I don't have to wait!!
