(197-word review) My immediate impression of this episode was that the score was way more prominent than usual. I swear every other scene had music playing. And it was great. That likely played a significant part in making this episode seem the most atmospheric one thus far.

Despite only a tiny bit of plot progression again, expectedly, as this show is a slow-burn, it was undoubtedly better than previous episodes, which, in hindsight, were somewhat erratic in their structure; this one came across as more concise. But more generally, it seemed more engaging: we got an episode drowned in the score, the introduction of Cholmondeley (another central character for the season's remainder), a fight sequence, a robbery, and naturally, more back-and-forth moves of intellect, for political purposes and negotiation, that continue to come back to a progressional standstill.

There was, more or less, "something different" about this episode. And whatever it was (possibly the indication and feeling of everything in motion, ready to boil over) probably contributed to making it this season's best up to this point, which, from what I've read by some people variously on the internet, is a common sentiment. This show continues to be entertaining.
