This was great!! Very, very funny and it kept me laughing right from the start till the very end. The entire cast were brilliant in their roles - I especially enjoyed Giorgia Whigham as Blaire & Max Burkholder as John.
Really hope they don't cut this short and they return for a second season as we need more entertaining comedies like this around! 8/10
Really enjoyed this season, which I hope is the first of many.
I'll be rewatching the films shortly because it has renewed my love for them.
If I had to nitpick I'd have cast someone a little closer to Mark Wahlberg purely for continuity sakes but otherwise there isn't much to dislike.
The subjects are very modern day despite the 1990s setting, which is like a nod and a wink to the audience.
But it rises and falls on John & Ted - and we have nothing to fear there. It is consistently funny, finds its feet proper around episode 4 and shows that there is plenty of life in the format.
Bazed through all the episodes in short time. Bring on season 2!
It was alright. A little bland and definitely too political but decent humor and laughs.
Seth McFarlane just knows what he's doing I guess because who would have thought a Ted prequel show would have been such a hit in 2024? Some genuinely really good comedy and I just love that they frame this as a sitcom, it works so well in that regard. It has its subpar moments and episodes, but this had me laughing a lot and was a really enjoyable easy watch.
Good to see Ted again! Sure, this is just real life Family Guy/American Dad, but it’s funnier than expected. I love this kind of humor. Give me more!
But Seth… this is like 90% the same cast as ‘The Orville’, is that really necessary? There are more actors out there, you know?

This was way better than expected.
