The life of İrfan who is an idealist professor of economics is upside down after getting fired unjustly and learning that his 7-year-old son Deniz is sick. As all the doors get slammed in İrfan’s face, his wife Eda asks help from their childhood friend Egemen and İrfan finds himself in the middle of an unexpected dark adventure. In this adventure İrfan will be challenged numerous times. He will meet again his greatest ex-love İlay, who he broke up with just before they got married, as the girlfriend of a dangerous businessman Süleyman. Will the idealist young woman Ayşe whom he encounters during this adventure, be his savior?
İrfan is facing the hardest test of his life! He has to make a dangerous move to protect his family and confronts Süleyman once again. Ayşe has to take a tough decision when she unexpectedly runs into İrfan. While Süleyman deals with İrfan, the first shot of his war with Kudret is fired because of İlay. While Deniz is running out of time İrfan and Egemen start the dangerous game that will change everybody’s life.
The dangerous game has begun! As time is running out for Deniz, İrfan and Egemen start a new adventure to bring money into the Ponzi scheme. While İrfan is shaken up after encountering the love of his life İlay, Eda notices the dark cloud over their marriage. Ayşe tries to solve the mystery of what İrfan has got to do with Süleyman. Meanwhile Hakan gets Ayşe in a grip. İlay’s greed and Eda’s suspicion make things even more complicated.
Irfan takes everything! İrfan risks everything to save his son, but now he has another problem, İlay. When Eda makes a big mistake with the fear of losing İrfan, Egemen stretches out his hand. Having to pay the price of the report she filed against Hakan, Ayşe faces one more time with İrfan. When İrfan tries to move İlay away from Babil, things get even more dangerous and complicated when Kudret is unexpectedly involved.
İrfan is cornered on every front of the war he’s fighting for his son. He’s doing something for Deniz that he would never do for himself; he gives up on his pride and knocks on Süleyman’s door once again. But this is not enough. Eda confronts İlay after learning the truth about Süleyman. İrfan takes a big risk to save Deniz and prepares a plan of salvation. Who will try to stop him this time? İlay and Egemen who are closest to him or Ayşe who is drawing near him?
İrfan’s salvation plan ends in failure. As a result İrfan and Süleyman confront each other once again. While Süleyman punishes İrfan with his beloved ones, Egemen also takes his share of Süleyman’s anger. As İrfan confronts Ayşe whom he finds responsible for what has happened; hopes revive for Deniz thanks to İlay’s idea. Kudret’s blowing up İlay’s office will cause unexpected consequences while İrfan will confront Hakan.
İrfan is stabbed in the back by his best friend and confronts Egemen. While time is running out for Deniz’s surgery, Süleyman is seeking a way to get his money back. İlay finds the money and tries to bring İrfan and Egemen together to pay their debt. Kudret notices that Hakan is serious about Ayşe and tries to find a way to get to know her closer. Hours before the surgery of the sea; Doctor Tahsin is captured by Hakan. When Deniz's fate is in the hands of Hakan, what will Irfan do to save his son's life? İrfan and Eda are giving the hardest test of their life while waiting for their child in the hospital corridor. After Deniz's operation, İrfan must keep his promise to Süleyman. But things are getting more and more complicated with the inclusion of Hakan. Süleyman strongly intimidates İrfan and Egemen to show that he has no mercy under any circumstances. On the other hand, Ayşe has to get closer to Hakan in order to get more information about Süleyman. Süleyman, who learns Kudret arranged the bomb for Ilay and confronts Kudret. Eda, who tries to understand the sudden divorce decision by İrfan, is driven by the fear of losing İrfan. Ayşe, who wants to control the past of Kudret, comes to Kudret's feet after Süleyman’s dark works. While Süleyman tries to regain Ilay, he throws Irfan into the middle of a relentless danger. The restraints of Kudret and Süleyman are getting hotter. Ayşe's hidden cover cases attract Mert's attention. Will Irfan be able to convince Eda to divorce? Will Süleyman regain Ilay? A change in the balance! Following Deniz's kidnapping İrfan is being pushed to make an unexpected decision, while Egemen is also being forced to make a very difficult choice. In return for Egemen's serenity; Eda offers him a blank check, while dealing with İlay is becoming more and more difficult. With the unexpected job offer Süleyman receives, Ayşe İrfan are Egemen all dealt a new hand of cards to deal with. This week on Babil, everyone will be after more than has been stolen from their lives!
Friend/Foe changing places! İrfan who is now behind bars is totally devastated by the truth that he has just learned, Egemen is dealing with Eda's anger. While Ayşe is doing everything she can in order to save İrfan, Kudret is forcing Süleyman to make a very heavy choice regarding the price to be paid. While İlay's anger opens the door for a surprising alliance, İrfan who has fallen into total darkness, is on the verge of making a decision from which there will be no turning back.
As İrfan changes his tactics in order to attack justice, Deniz's future forces Eda and Egemen to think about a life together. At the wedding of Süleyman and İlay, blood pressures rise as Kudret flexes his muscle, and the relationship between Ayşe and İrfan continues to deepen.
As the closeness between İrfan and Ayşe continues to grow, Egemen is busy trying to convince Eda of a life without İrfan. While İlay learns that İrfan has been released from prison, and she is very worried about coming face to face with him and the confrontation that will ensue; Eda makes a move that İrfan never expected. İrfan is on a warpath with everyone who is coming between him and Deniz, and he once again attacks both Süleyman and Egemen.
The decision made by Eda and Egemen to marry, İrfan is now one step closer to losing Deniz; Süleyman puts a new game into motion which leaves İrfan out of the picture. While Ayşe is forced to make a very difficult decision to prevent Hakan's identity from being discovered; İlay is once again left squeezed between her heart and mind.
While İrfan was cornered by Deniz's questions, Egemen is trying to persuade Eda for the custody case. As the information Ayşe learns warms her heart against Irfan, Süleyman's suspicion towards İlay regarding the game he came for causes cold winds between them. İrfan, who gained Özkan's trust and has an advantage against his enemies, he pushes the button to hit the finishing blow with the last goal he got from Egemen.
As everyone is burning in the flame of revenge lit by İrfan, the burning desire between Ayşe and himself also gets ignited as well. Egemen and Süleyman who are trying to find a way out of the mess they have gotten themselves into, start knocking on unexpected doors for help. For Deniz's future and to be able to stand on their own both Eda and İlay are looking for their own solutions. The act of revenge towards İrfan, started the the darkening of the life of Cihan, is now pushing İrfan to close his debts with his enemies one by one.
While İrfan thinks he has removed all of the obstacles between himself and Deniz, when Egemen comes to confront him all of his plans are now history. As Ayşe is looking everywhere for Süleyman and Egemen, İlay is closing all of the old books as she plans on starting fresh. As Eda is continuing to do whatever she can for Deniz to be happy; Süleyman moves ahead with his heartless and painful plan of revenge for losing everything and pushes İrfan down a dark tunnel from which there is no way out.
