besides the terrible british accent and the most useless nurse i've seen in my life ("he needs blood", she says as she stands there and looks at the doctor), it wasn't too bad. okay-ish first episode but nothing special.
Too early to tell, one thing is that it's not as "feel good" as "The Good Doctor." It may come into its stride once it truly gets into the inner workings of the American insurance and health provider systems.
The first episode was magnificent! I wish the episode lasted longer. It really was that good.
Seems BAD!!! Hated the the selfies at the beginning and HATE the Resident
Wow what a start of a new series, I know the pilot is mostly more awesome but this one is honest. No dr mcdreamy everything is fine, but a more realistic view on how things really work in a hospital. I've worked in one for years and it's messy and a business and patients are numbers, i love that they're truly showing this and can't wait for the next episode

I really did not like the first person shakey camera views in the beginning, I really hope that doesn't continue. Dr. Bell is a disgrace of a doctor, while Conrad is the dick, he's obviously brilliant. Conrad should have got what he was seeing on video on the fraud that is Dr. Bell. Overall a pretty damn good premiere episode!
