Lisa and Maggie feeding Bart hot sauce, spinning him in a chair, and showing him a picture of Homer to spook him and cure his hiccups makes for some mild gags and meager laughs. The only real bright spot is that there’s some fun animation in Bart’s various facial expressions and reactions, but it’s thin gruel.
