Ashley feels that Jack should tell John about the new loan before John hears about it somewhere else. He agrees, but wants to do so in person. Ashley is sorry she let her guard down with Victor and is now paying the price.
Victor wonders if there is any connection between Jabot's loan being paid off and Ashley's mood change. Diane knows something is bothering him and tries to find out what it is. Victor doesn't think it's any of her business. Victor demands that Forsythe find out how the whole thing went down. Later, Victor answers the phone and when no one speaks, he asks if it is Ashley. He desperately wants to talk to her.
Jill finds Brittany and Billy alone at the pool area. Brittany excuses herself and Billy tries to defend himself, swearing that Raul and Mac just left. He explains that he likes Brittany and wants Jill to reconsider his grounding. Jill tells herself that she will have to get to know Brittany better.
Mac daydreams that Billy can't stop thinking about her.

When Victoria returns from the hospital, she tells her parents that it's good to be home. Victor and Nikki express concern about her recovery, but she insists that she must get on with her life. Later, Victoria looks out the window and remembers her nightmare experience with Gary. She breaks down and sobs.
Ashley is angry with Jack. If it wasn't for the bad blood between Victor and him, she would still have her relationship with Victor. Ashley is worried that Victor bought up more of the Jabot debts than they are aware of and wants to find out exactly what debts Victor owns.
Nikki's enthusiasm for her new position at Jabot forces Jack to warn her to restrain herself when it comes to Ashley. Ashley has more knowledge in the business than she does.
Mac is surprised when Brittany shows up at the Chancellor Estate. Jill wants Brittany to help keep Billy from drinking. Raul tells Mac that they should put in a good word about Brittany to Billy's parents.
Tomas lets Nina shave off his moustac

Brad and Nikki get together before their first board meeting. They are both excited and begin to kiss, but Jill arrives and tells them to save it. During the meeting, Jill comments on Nikki's behavior in the boardroom. Brad steps in and tells them to be civil since they are on the same team. Jill feels like they are ganging up on her and leaves.
Victoria is asking Neil about Ryan when he calls her on her other phone. He explains that he needed to get Tricia out of town and that he called to see how she was doing. Victoria can't believe she let Gary get that close to her.
Sharon and Nick invite Chris and Paul to Cassie's party once the adoption is legalized. They ask Chris to help them write up the adoption petition but she thinks there is a conflict now that she is partners with Michael Baldwin.
Brittany tells Billy about her meeting with Jill and Jill's questioning about Billy's drinking. She apologizes for offering him a drink the other night. Billy thinks Brittany is incredible and

Kay visits Victoria and tries to convince her to rest before returning to the office. Victor is furious when he finds out that Nikki left Victoria alone to go shopping.
In the Jabot boardroom, Jack, Jill, Ashley, Brad and Nikki are trying to define their roles in the company. Nikki is insulted when Ashley states that she should be placed where she can get the best training. Later, Nikki is taking in the ambience of the boardroom when Victor calls, demanding to know where she is.
Sharon and Nick are stunned that Chris is working with Michael Baldwin. Chris asks them to give him another chance. When Chris leaves, they approach Paul and ask how he can support what Chris is doing.
Back at the office, Chris is upset that Michael made a pitch without talking to her first. Michael defends himself by saying many law firms are after the case. He feels justified when he receives a call telling him they have the case.
Billy and Mac talk about their relationship. Billy decides that they will be be

Ashley is looking at a magazine article about Victor Newman. She flashes back to recent moments with Victor and wonders how many times can she continue to let herself be fooled by him.
Jack arrives to update Ashley on the Jabot loan situation. It seems that the companies that held the loans have been bought up by another company. They both realize that Victor must be behind it.
Brock senses there is something wrong with Mac and wants to help her. She confides in him about Billy and that there is no way he could ever care for her. Brock wants to be there for her and Mac appreciates it. She calls him Dad for the first time.
Billy is down by the pool looking at a picture of Mac when Brittany arrives. He is glad to see her. When Raul realizes Mac hasn't arrived he calls her at home. She tells him she isn't feeling well, but he talks her into coming over to Billy's for awhile.
Brock and Kay talk about the loss of Kay's husband, Phillip. Brock tells both her and Jill that they must honor his

Victor calls Nikki and demands to know why she isn't taking care of Victoria at the ranch. Nikki rushes home to find out what's wrong. When Victor arrives, they are able to talk Victoria into spending time at a spa in order to get her mind off Gary. Nikki wants to talk to Victor about what's going on, but he just stares at her and heads for the door. She exclaims that he won't be able to ignore her for long.
Jack and Ashley discuss the fact that Victor has been buying up their loans since the first of the year. Ashley heads for Victor's office to confront him. Before she gets there, she fantasizes about greeting Victor coming home from work. He tells her he can't keep his mind off her. When she comes out of the fantasy, she storms into his office asking how he could do this to her.
Chris is angry that Michael went after an account without asking her. He is ready to call and give the case up when Chris stops him. She brings up Cassie's adoption and Michael tells her that he will have to

Ashley is furious at Victor. She is no longer blinded by love and sees him for the manipulative, ruthless man he really is. She never wants anything to do with him again and leaves.
Diane is surprised when she learns that Jack had no idea she informed Ashley of Victor's plot to take over Jabot. Jack admires the fact that she was able to get Ashley out of Victor's life and now stands a chance with him.
Michael is about to call Alice when Nick barges into his office. Nick states that Chris will not be handling Cassie's final adoption and wants Michael to stay clear of Alice. When Michael finally does speak to Alice, he holds back the fact that Sharon and Nick are planning to adopt Cassie. However, the mention of Cassie's name sets Alice's mind in motion.
Chris confides in Paul that she won't be working on Cassie's case any longer. Paul tells her not to beat herself up over it and urges her to move on.
Malcolm overhears Olivia tell Neil that she wants him to be Nate's guardian, but Neil a

Diane reminds Victor that she is moving out today. She insists on making breakfast for him, pondering when to tell him about her pregnancy. Later she tells Marissa that since Ashley is now out of the picture, Victor will only have her to turn to. Marissa is skeptical. Diane feels that something inside of her isn't right. Nick and Sharon invite Nikki to their adoption party.
Nikki is surprised to find out that Chris isn't handling the case, but Sharon makes up an excuse to cover. Nikki tells both of them that she has gotten a job in the fashion design area, but she doesn't want to go into the details. Later, she heads to Victor's office.
Mac confides in Nina that she wasn't able to open up to Billy. She lost her nerve when Billy started talking about how Brittany might be the right girl for him.

Nikki explains to Victor that she is doing design work at Jabot. He accuses Jack of using her and suggests she has better things to do with her time, like taking a long cruise. Nikki hands him her business card and leaves.
Ashley realizes that Jill is on to her pregnancy and decides to make a formal announcement at a board meeting.
Jill can tell that Brad and Jack already knew her news. Jill feels the company needs a GLOW girl just as Victoria was for BRASH & SASSY. She knows the perfect person... Brittany. Later, Brad asks Ashley to be honest with him about her relationship with Victor.
Mac and Brittany have a talk at the Coffeehouse. Mac hopes they can be friends. Raul and Billy are shocked to see Mac and Brittany arrive at school together.
J.T. hears Rianna talk about Brittany becoming prom queen, but J.T. doesn't want her to win because he thinks she hangs out with losers now.
Neil must make a decision about Olivia's proposal to become Nate's legal guardian. After he hears Dr. Walk

Ashley informs Brad that Victor was holding the note on Jabot. She thinks it's possible that Victor may have been using her the whole time they were together.
Nikki enters the boardroom as Ashley leaves to look in on Olivia. Nikki wonders why Ashley was in Brad's arms when she arrived. Brad is flattered but explains he was just comforting her because she is pregnant.
Victor is determined to find out who loaned money to the Abbotts and asks Connie to track down Brad.
Jack goes to Michael Baldwin for legal advice; he feels that he and Brad need an objective mediator. Michael concludes that Jack wants him to side with him. Jack promises that it will be worth his while.
Raul overhears Billy and Mac talk about the shelter and wonders why they didn't tell him they were working together. Billy assures him they didn't plan it.
Brittany is excited when Jill offers her the role of GLOW GIRL and goes to the coffeehouse to tell everyone.
J.T. points out that it's not a sure thing that Brittany is

Nikki warns Brad not to go to see Victor. She is sure Victor will know if he is lying, but Brad disagrees. Brad tells Victor that he knows about the Jabot situation through Ashley and how betrayed she feels. He assures him that even if he did have information about what was going on he wouldn't tell him.
Victor is sure that Brad knows more than he is letting on. When John arrives home from his trip and wants to know about the business, Jack reveals that Brad and Nikki are the new investors in Jabot.
Chris doesn't think that Michael did the right thing by siding with Jack; he needs to be objective if he is going to mediate between Jack, Brad and Victor.
Mac is feeling the strain of working with Billy and asks Brock to help change her schedule at the shelter. Billy is looking at a picture of Mac while saying good night to Brittany over the phone.
Victor arrives home and is surprised to see that Diane is still there. She starts lifting a heavy bag when Marissa stops her. Victor asks what'

Jack explains that they are lucky Brad and Nikki put up the money or else Victor would have stolen the company from them. John isn't happy that they both want seats on the board. Jack mentions that Brad had a clause in his contract with Victor and legally can't accept a job with the competition. He tells John he is working on it with a lawyer. Jack tries to comfort Ashley over her broken relationship with Victor, but she turns away.
Brad meets up with Michael at the restaurant and tries to lay the ground work for his dealings with Jack. Victor tells Diane he had no idea she was pregnant and wants her to spend another night in the apartment. He wonders who the father could be.
Victor then calls Ashley, begging her not to hang up. She tells him that he has deliberately hurt her family and hangs up the receiver.
Dru is upset when she learns that she is not an exact match to her sister. However, the bone marrow transplant can still take place.
Olivia asks Neil to bring Nate to the hospital

Jack, Ashley and Billy head for the Coffeehouse to find out if the kids are actually going to vote for Brittany. Jill's idea of a prom queen for the GLOW GIRL might be just what they need to promote the product. Jack asks Mac's opinion of the idea and she thinks it's very cool.
Later, Mac and Kay discuss her dress for the prom. Kay thinks she can have one delivered from Lauren Fenmore out on the coast. Victor asks Diane who the father is, but she doesn't want to discuss it.
Victor informs her that his plans have changed and she can stay at the apartment until the escrow closes on her new place. Diane is thrilled, believing all along that this baby would keep her in Victor's life.
Back at the office, Neil informs Victor that part of the Jabot loan came from Brad's account.
Malcolm worries that Olivia is sicker than she is letting on because she has suddenly decided to let Nate visit her.
Olivia is thrilled to see Nate and knows she must get well to be there for him as he grows up.

Brad thinks the prom queen ad campaign might work, but is angry with Jack for keeping him out of the loop. Jack insists they can't do anything to make Victor suspicious. Neil doesn't understand what Victor is going to do with the information regarding Brad's loan to Jabot. Victor insists he wants to use it to his advantage and goes to see Ashley. Victor lets her know that he is aware that Brad is breaking his contract with Newman Enterprises by working for the competition. However, he promises he won't move forward with legal action because it would put a financial strain on Jabot. Ashley is stunned and kisses him.
J.T. is upset because Brittany is excited about being crowned prom queen and possibly GLOW GIRL. He decides to do something to change her mood.
Amberly and Pam agree that Brittany is full of herself. They wish that someone sweet like Mac would win.
Michael tells Chris that Nick and Sharon made a big mistake by not letting her handle Cassie's adoption. He feels bad about the

Ashley tells Victor that he means the world to her, but since she cannot trust him, their relationship has to be over. Victor insists it will never be over for them.
Neil explains to Victor that he still hasn't figured out who came up with the other half of Jabot's loan.
Nikki is familiarizing herself with the building when she sees Ashley talking with Victor. Nikki realizes that Ashley is Victor's new love interest, and asks if this was going on during her marriage.
Jack is concerned about the fallout if Brad gets a board seat and consults Michael for legal advice. Michael feels Victor's non-compete clause will be a tough one to beat.
Instead of having a board seat, Michael suggests putting Brad in an area that isn't directly competing with ""Brash and Sassy.""
Jack and Brad are furious when Michael reveals that Jack offered him a deal, and Brad would make Jabot his client if Michael supported him in obtaining a board seat.
Brittany tells her friends how excited she is about the new GLO

Nikki accuses Ashley of being so desperate to get pregnant, that she had to sleep with a stranger on a cruise. Ashley slaps Nikki and Nikki threatens to knock her teeth out. Brad enters to break up the fight and Nikki realizes that Brad knows all about Ashley's relationship with Victor. Furious that he didn't tell her, Nikki leaves.
Ashley agrees that Brad is doing the right thing by having an indirect voice on Jabot's board and being involved with the men's line which isn't in direct competition with Newman Enterprises. Ashley believes there is still no guarantee that Victor won't sue Jabot.
Nikki accepts Cassie's invitation to her party and talks to Nick about her newfound independence. Nick admits that he is opening a new coffeehouse in Milwaukee and Nikki is supportive.
When Nick asks Nikki about her new job, she is vague and leaves the room. Nick accidentally sees a Jabot Cosmetics binder with Nikki's name on it.
Raul explains that a summer house idea can be done using a website w

Victor arrives home, still brooding over Ashley. Diane realizes he's upset over Ashley and Victor asks Diane to join him for dinner. When Victor leaves the room to change, Marissa enters with Diane's luggage, but Diane tells her to put the luggage back.
Marissa explains that the bid she placed on the house has been accepted and she can move right away. Diane tells her that she isn't going anywhere.
Ashley is having dinner at the Lodge with Brad when she spots Victor with Diane. Nikki admits to Nick that she is working for Jabot.
Nick has misgivings and tells her there could be repercussions if Victor finds out. Nick is shocked to hear that Victor had been trying to bring Jabot down. Nikki informs Jack that Nick knows about her job.
Jack tells her that he's worried that Brad is trying to make inroads with Ashley, but Nikki thinks that Jack should be more concerned with Victor where Ashley is concerned.

Sharon and Miguel prepare for Cassie's party. Nick tells Sharon he set up an interview with a potential new manager for Crimson Lights II that evening.
John Silva comes by to drop off the adoption papers. Sharon and Nick are thrilled that Cassie is officially theirs. The party begins at the ranch and Nikki realizes Victor will be attending.
The party guests mingle and when Chris arrives, Nikki wonders why she isn't handling the adoption. Nick tells her that Chris is now a partner with Michael Baldwin.
Alice and Millie arrive. Alice eases the tension when she gives Cassie a photo album containing baby pictures of her.
Sharon overhears Alice and Chris discussing Michael Baldwin's recent phone call to Alice. Sharon yells at Chris for getting Michael involved in the adoption.
Nina tells Chris that she doesn't have enough time for her writing because her time is divided between Phillip and Tomas. She admits to Tomas that he's taking up too much of her time.

Victor tells Neil that his major concern is mending fences with Nick. He decides to stop insisting Nick sell the coffeehouse and give him a board seat at Newman Enterprises.
Chris defends Michael to Sharon, saying that he never told Alice about the adoption. Alice only found out about the adoption after Cassie called to invite her to the adoption party.
As the party winds down, Trina comes to interview with Nick. Victor eyes them carefully and tells Nick they should talk later. Nick is very impressed with Trina's credentials and welcomes her aboard as head of the Milwaukee store.
Victor overhears Nick telling Trina his hopes of opening a string of Crimson Lights in the future.
Victoria makes a surprise visit to Ryan in Seattle. She tells him she couldn't stand being a patient any longer and needed to leave the spa. When she asks how Tricia is doing, Ryan accuses her of looking for gossip about his wife and him, but he finally admits that Tricia left him.
Jill tells Kay that Lauren's dr

Victor is furious when he finds out that Nick is opening a Crimson Lights franchise in Milwaukee and plans to continue opening others. Nick doesn't feel he needs Victor's approval and insists he knows what he is doing. Victor tells Nick that his future is based on what Victor has given him.
Victoria is bored at the spa and goes to see Ryan in Seattle.
Ryan admits to her that Tricia has left him and he doubts she will be coming back.
Victoria offers to stay with him until his business is settled, but Ryan feels there is too much history between them for her to stay.
Jill is shocked when Lauren Fenmore shows up with prom dresses for Mac to try on. This prompts Jill to ask Brittany to fly out to Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles with her to find the perfect dress. Jill doesn't want Mac outdoing the eventual prom queen and GLOW GIRL.
When Lauren goes to visit Jack, she can tell there are problems going on at Jabot, but Jack doesn't want to discuss it. He is thrilled that she is in town and recall

Victor finds Nikki at the Jabot lab. Nikki thinks he is there to see Ashley and they begin hurling verbal insults at each other. Victor is upset that Nikki didn't inform him about Nick's idea to expand the coffeehouse. Nikki is thrilled that Nick is trying to make a life for himself outside the family.
Victor arrives home in a bad mood. Diane takes advantage of the situation by offering Victor a drink and a massage. After he has relaxed, she tells him that the house she bid on fell through. Victor tells her she can stay with him until she finds something else.
Victoria arrives home and is glad to be back. She tells Nikki how much she loves her and realizes that it's her mother who holds the family together.
Jack suggests to Billy that they use the pool house for the GLOW live website promotion. When Mac finds out about it, she is somewhat dismayed. She was hoping that the project would fall through so she wouldn't have to spend so much time around Billy.
Neil admits to Dru that Olivia

Everyone is excited about the GLOW promotion except Mac, who wishes that she didn't have to spend so much time with Billy.
Jill is thrilled with the dress she found for Brittany and insists that Billy buy a corsage that matches. Billy notes that Jill is acting as if it's her prom night. Jill is nervous, stating that everything must go right because this is a very important campaign.
Lauren assumes that Mac and Billy are an item. Rianna shows up at the shoot to let Brittany know that Deirdre won't be able to be in it. Raul suggests that Mac fill in for her, but Mac is skeptical.
Nikki wants to have a say in the shoot but the director will have none of it. Brad is there to support Nikki and intends to present a united front to Jack and Ashley.
Nick decides to tell Victoria about branching out with the coffeehouse and Victoria is happy for him. When Victoria sees posters of her Brash & Sassy ads up on the walls of her office, she violently rips them down.

Jill introduces the director of the GLOW GIRL shoot to Brittany, Rianna and Mac. Jill feels they aren't focusing enough on Brittany and reminds the director that Brittany is the star of the show.
When the couples arrive at the dance, some of the kids are unhappy to be shoved aside so that Billy and Brittany can make their entrance for the camera. This prompts J.T. and Brendon to let the others know that Brittany doesn't deserve to be prom queen.
When Mac and Raul enter the dance, all eyes turn to Mac. She looks stunning. Brittany notices that Billy is staring at her. She suggests they go talk to their friends.
Victoria wants to know more about the coffeehouse expansion. Nick tells her that Victor isn't happy about it and is probably looking for a way to lay down the law. Victor wants Nick to know that he means business and calls a meeting with Nick. When Nick finds out the location of the meeting, he is outraged and storms into his father's office.
Nina confirms to Chris that the book

The camera follows Billy and Brittany all over the dance floor, but Mac also gets a lot of camera time, which doesn't make Jill happy. J.T. is intent on Brittany not being crowned prom queen and tells everyone to vote for Rianna. Soon it is time for the announcement. The camera spots Brittany freshening up with GLOW cosmetics. The Dean makes the announcement that Billy has been elected prom king. He then prepares to announce the queen. J.T. can't wait.
Sharon confides in Nikki that she wishes she hadn't encouraged Nick to expand the coffeehouse because she is concerned about Nick's relationship with Victor. Nikki feels that it's good for Nick to get out from under his father.
Nick is furious when he finds out that Victor has cut back on Nick's responsibilities at Newman Enterprises. Nick insists he is capable of performing both jobs well and Victor has no right to demote him. When Victor counters by telling him that this will give Nick more time for his family, Nick decides to quit.

Nick tells Victor he's quitting. Victor tells him that he is acting out of anger, but Nick insists that his decision is final and he doesn't need to think it over, as Victor demands. Victoria is worried about Nick and Victor's fallout and asks Nikki to speak to Victor. Nikki wants to stay clear of Victor, so Victoria makes the call herself. Victor tells her to talk to Nick if she wants to know the details of the meeting.
Jill is horrified when Brittany is announced 1st runner up. The entire crowd is stunned when Mac is crowned prom queen.
J.T. and Brendon are delighted that their plan to bump Brittany worked. Brad gets a visit from Lauren, but just as they get cozy, Jill enters and tells Brad that Brittany wasn't voted prom queen. She blames Lauren for conspiring with Kay and Mac.
Tomas reads Nina's preliminary outline and Nina is thrilled when he gives her positive feedback. He suggests she change the ending, having the protagonist not find the baby she gave up. As Tomas elaborates, t

Ryan asks Victor if it is okay for him to help Victoria pick up the pieces at BRASH AND SASSY, as well as help repair her personal life. At first, Victor feels that Ryan is emotionally unstable himself, but then admits that Victoria needs a friend now.
Victoria tells Nikki that she doesn't blame Victor for being upset with Nick. She also understands why Nikki is restless, with Victor and her children out of the house. Victoria offers Nikki a job working with her at BRASH AND SASSY, but Nikki shocks Victoria when she reveals she already has a job at Jabot.
Mac and Billy revel in their magical evening and share another kiss. Mac tells Billy to leave before his mother catches them. Billy doesn't care what his mother thinks, but leaves because Mac doesn't want anything to destroy their perfect evening. Mac is shocked to see Jill staring at her from the stairwell.
Jill lashes out at Mac, accusing her of conspiring to win prom queen and having her sights set on Billy all along. She threatens

Billy calls Mac and they discuss their new connection, but Mac hangs up the phone when Kay enters. She tells Kay that her prom was more than she could hope for. Jill interrupts and tells Mac not to forget the most important part. Jill tells Kay that Mac and Billy were crowned prom queen and king.
Kay is thrilled for Mac, but wonders if Jill is holding any hostility. When Mac asks if Jill ever follows through on her threats, Kay confirms that she does.
A delivery man arrives at the door with a package for Jill. Mac signs for it and notices it is from a detective agency in St. Louis.
Brad is worried about the GLOW ad campaign, but Jack and Ashley explain to him that Mac can be used as a substitute because they have footage of her from the pre-prom shoot. Brad thinks that using Mac may be to their advantage because she is the underdog and everyone will root for her rags to riches story. They watch a rough cut of the footage and everyone except Jill agrees that the GLOW ad works even bette

Nikki tells Jack that Victoria's reaction to her job at Jabot is worse than she anticipated. Jack explains that Mac will be the new star of the website campaign, but Jill insists that if Mac is in, Billy is out. Jack counters that if Jill pulls Billy out, the gap between her and her son will be bigger than ever. Nick accepts Victor's offer to stay on board at Newman Enterprises part-time. Victor tells Nick that he made himself a part-time employee because he took another job.
Mac reads the letter from St. Louis intended for Jill. Mac finds out that Jill's search for her birth records has been unsuccessful and the detective suggests they find Mac's mother.
Billy calls Mac and tells her that he's worried about Raul and what their relationship will do to him. Mac tells Billy not to tell anyone about their relationship because something has come up. Billy and Raul tell John about the prom.
John is happy for Billy, but thinks this is a blow to Jabot's campaign. Ashley tells John that Mac ha

Nick agrees to go along with Victor's terms and stay with Newman Enterprises for the sake of the family. Nick tells Victoria and Ryan that he's reconsidered Victor's proposal. Victoria and Ryan are thrilled, but Victoria is still concerned about Nick's acceptance of Nikki working at Jabot. She needs to know exactly where Nick stands because Newman Enterprises is suffering.
Billy talks about making summer plans with Mac, but Mac breaks it to him that she's leaving. Billy refuses to let Mac go without an explanation, but Mac is afraid to explain.
After Billy takes her to a secluded hideaway, she finally admits that Jill has threatened her. Mac suspects Jill is ready to get Mac's mother involved.
At the pool house, Raul and Ashley brief Jack on the GLOW campaign. They realize that Billy hasn't showed up and assume he's with Brittany. Ashley senses Jack is hiding something from her about Billy and demands to know what it is.
Jill tells Brittany to forget about the prom queen ad and concent

Mac admits to Billy that she is afraid of Jill. She also tells him that she has to leave because her mother has legal custody of her. If Mac is found, she will have to return to her mother and step-father, who terrifies her. Billy arrives home and tells Jack that his relationship with Mac cannot be revealed. Jack gets the call from Jill. She tells him that Mac doesn't want to be in the ad at all and to her surprise, Jack tells her that it shouldn't be a problem.

When Billy tells Mac that Jack cannot help them unless they give him more information about Jill, Mac thinks that they should stop seeing each other. Nikki asks Ashley if there is any news about Brad and Ashley tells her that she hasn't heard anything yet. As they discuss what would happen if Victor went after Jabot, Ashley receives a letter sent from Newman Enterprises. Ashley calls Jack and Brad and tells them that something has happened and to get to the boardroom immediately.

Ashley reads Victor's letter, which makes it clear that he will sue Jabot unless they fire Brad. Jill and Jack agree that Brad should be eliminated, but Ashley, John and Nikki believe they should form a united front against Victor.

He finds out that half of his sperm was ordered in April by his wife, Mrs. Victor Newman. One of the lab technicians foresees trouble and thinks there is something he can do.
Jack warns Phyllis that he doesn't want the kids' lives dissected in the public. Phyllis insists that the kids' good looks will only go so far, the public wants drama.

When Brittany goes to freshen up for Billy, J.T. finds her and shows her the tape of Mac and Billy at the prom. Devastated from what she sees, Brittany finds Billy and cancels plans with him. Billy is glad he can now spend time with Mac and they kiss as Brittany watches unseen.

She later admits to Phyllis that she doesn't know how long she can wear a smile when all she wants to do is throttle Billy and Mac.
Brittany talks to Raul and asks if he thinks Mac will ever take him back. Raul doesn't want to discuss the situation and tells Brittany that Mac only wants to be friends. Phyllis tells Brittany that there may be a way she can get the payback she's been looking for.
When Kay shows up to ask Mac what exciting news she wanted to tell her earlier, Mac covers and tells Kay that she found out she will be getting class credit for her production work on the campaign. Mac tells Billy that now may be a good time to run away.
