Cenk hosting. Carly Fiorina over the weekend released a pander Tweet on the Iowa vs Stanford game along with a video of her appearing on CNN saying 'Can’t a girl have a little fun'. The Associated Press reports that emails have been released between the Chicago Police Department and the mayor’s office over the murder of Laquan McDonald, with Rahm Emanuel already having knowledge of the murder along with concerns of a potential public relations disaster.

Ana and Iadarola hosting. A photographer posted a picture of the aftermath of a New Year’s party where drunk partiers were passed out in the street. Social media took the image and compared it to Renaissance art. A meat packing plant with goals of producing tons of meat per day are having issues with Muslim employees needing to pray 5x per day. Some workers protested and eventually got fired for missing work. A new dating website called Where White People Meet is causing an uproar.

Cenk and Iadarola hosting. President Obama spoke about his plans to launch executive actions for gun control measures. The plan includes enhancing background checks in multiple channels where people purchase firearms. Talk about how the NRA advocates for criminals to have guns. Video of Obama talking about how stats and studies show gun control lowers the number of killings, but that Congress blocks this kind of research. Video of Obama crying while talking about the rights denied to the many citizens killed by guns, including the 1st graders at Sandy Hook. The NRA released a story in their newsletter alerting supporters about gun control measures being supported by local NYC politicians. The imagery of the story had polaroid pictures of the women on a table with bullets rolling around near their faces. John remembers Sarah Palin’s target map where Democrats across the country were given targets to pinpoint where they are.

Ana replaces John for SCS. Opioid addicts that overdosed on the painkillers were able to obtain the drugs again from pharmacists and a very large number OD’ed again. After the Netflix documentary series, Making a Murderer has come out, large numbers of people are signing petitions to have the subject of the story released.

Ana and Iadarola hosting. North Korea claims to have successfully tested a hydrogen bomb. Ana isn’t buying the fact that the country has the capabilities to have this weaponry. The U.S. Nat’l Security spox relayed doubt in the reports. Presentation of the biggest myths regarding gun control and the reality of public support behind the specific regulatory measures being mentioned in popular media and among politicians. Background checks and perception on Obama’s approach made the list of positive aspects that have been misreported. Bill O’Reilly proposed wild solutions to the gun control debate, but did claim that background checks are sensible. A recent poll of 1000 adults showed that a majority think creating a safe environment for college students is more important than absolute free speech.

Video of the series of questions that forced Jeb to ask if Jordan is a reporter or someone there to debate him. Questions about Ted Cruz’ qualifications to be president have been brought up by Trump, so other Republicans are wondering if this is a problem. Video of John McCain questioning the rule. Ana replaces John for SCS. Gov Jerry Brown has declared a state of emergency in Porter Ranch over a methane gas leak that has been going since October due to SoCal gas company’s broken pipe. Regulations are being proposed to lower the chances of this happening again. Ana points out that they should’ve implemented these regulations before disaster struck. Ohio’s Att General has dropped his lawsuit against PP over disposal procedures of their medical waste, which wasn’t conducted by the organization. The AG backed off of the lawsuit because Planned Parenthood went after him first, knowing they had legal ground to stand on. Bristol Palin is in the middle of a child custody and child support battle with her latest baby’s father. He’s asking for joint custody and child support now that the newborn is here. In response, Sarah Palin has lambasted the military veteran, questioning his heroism.

Power Panel with Jayar Jackson, Jimmy Dore and Johnny Sprinkles. President Obama appeared with Anderson Cooper in a town hall meeting and discussed gun control in the US and mentioned that he is willing to meet with the NRA in a reality based conversation. A spokesman from the NRA appeared on Fox News with Megyn Kelly and mentioned that he won’t talk to Obama and that he is creating an Illusion of keeping people safe. A Philadelphia police officer Jessie Hartnett was shot and seriously wounded in an ambush-style attack while sitting in his patrol car and the shooter admitted to committing the assault 'in the name of Islam'.

Power Panel with Jayar Jackson, Jimmy Dore, Becca and Ana Kasparian. El Chapo has been caught by the Mexican Marines. A 16 year old NJ student, Bethany Koval of Fair Lawn High School was called into the principal office for making Tweets that criticized Israel but the Tweets were deemed as bullying towards Pro Israeli students.

Cenk hosting. Bernie Sanders still maintains his lead and is catching up to Hillary. He is also beating Cruz and Trump. Hillary’s foundation is being investigated such as: the dispensation of State Depart. contracts and whether regular processes were followed. Trump believes the NFL has gone too soft.A Muslim woman was kicked out of a Trump rally. She protested in silence by wearing a shirt that said 'Salam, I come in peace.' Ted Cruz provides his birth certificate to prove he is a U.S. citizen.Video of the violent shootout to capture El Chapo. Cenk and Ana hosting. Update on the Cologne attack with reports of vigilante attacks towards Muslims. Pope Benedict’s brother ran a camp/school for boys, many kinds of assaults and abuse occurred. Sean Penn interviewed El Chapo in a jungle for Rolling Stone. Sean Penn got this interview because El Chapo and Sean Penn shared a mutual friend. Sean Penn and Rolling Stone are being ridiculed by other journalists.David Bowie has passed away at 69 after 18 months of fighting cancer. In a 1982 MTV interview, Bowie questioned why there black artists were not getting airtime on MTV. Police apologize to a rapper after pointing a gun to his head. He withdraw large amounts of money out of his bank account to buy a car. A German inventor created birth control for men. The invention has a switcher to prevent sperm flow.

Cenk is hosting. Bernie is leading 49 percent to Hillary 44 percent in Iowa. On a Quinnipiac University poll, Trump is leading by 31 percent and Chris Christie is low by 4 percent. 39 percent of moderate Republicans and 68 percent Liberal Republicans support Trump. Our TYT reporter was at the rally and taped people being thrown out of the rally. Eric, our producer/camera person was thrown out of the rally because he was taping other things at the rally that were not about Trump.

They say it is to monitor the energy system. A couple went to Walmart to get engaged. They are known to steal sex toys and made a GoFundMe page to have people pay for their wedding. Talk about the endorsements Bernie and Hillary have compiled so far. Jayar talks about the overtly positive reaction to Hillary Clinton in Iowa after news of Bernie’s surge. Clinton’s response to Sanders’ surge is to attack him on his Wall Street stance. Cenk thinks this is a ridiculous tactic. She also went after him on his single payer promises on health care. Rich Republican donors are complaining about the lack of influence they’re having on the campaign with Super PACs after Citizens United gave them the go ahead to buy elections. Many are openly wondering if they’re wasting their money on candidates like Jeb and Scott Walker.

Ana joins Cenk for SCS. A constable shot and killed a 12 year old girl after firing at her father pulled a gun on him when he got unruly over an eviction notice. Popular YouTube star Matt Santoro and former boyfriend to Nicole Arbour, of Dear Fat People fame, released a video detailing the abuse he suffered from an unnamed former girlfriend. Arbour responded to the video by shaming him and saying he is using her to prop up his YT channel. One of the militia leaders posted a Facebook video detailing the disrespectful gifts he’s received from people taunting their fake movement. He specifically mentioned the dildos and bags of dicks. Charlie Sheen has announced that he’s discontinued his HIV medication and will approach his treatment with alternative medicine.

John Iadarola and Jimmy Dore hosting. A terror attack overnight in Jakarta, Indonesia was claimed by ISIS. A couple more would-be patriots that were planning to head to Oregon to join the movement got into a drunken gun fight, with one being shot dead. Some of their fellow militiamen mourned the death of their friend, lamenting the fact they broke the 1st rule of gun safety: don’t mix drinking and guns. Jeb Bush has released a new ad going after Trump, explaining why he calls him a Jerk. Video of the ad that fully explains how horrible it was when Trump mocked a reporter with a disability. Ana rains on their parade by detailing the many times lotto winners’ lives were ruined after winning the prize. The ex fiance of Steven Avery of 'Making a Murderer' fame has completely changed her positive position about his character now that the documentary has gained huge notoriety. NY Rep Peter King finds Cruz’s comments on New York values hypocritical along with Rep Steve King saying that Trump’s comeback towards Cruz was below the belt for using 911. Carly Fiorina attacks Hillary Clinton’s marriage during the 'kids table' debate and mentions that she like spending time with her husband and would have left Bill Clinton a long time ago if she was married to him.

Ana, Jimmy Dore and Johnny Sprinkles hosting. Fox and Friends ask MLK Jr.’s niece if he would feel bad on the war on the police and Black Lives Matter. Fox then reports on police violence on MLK day, cashing in on the badly timed violence. Joe Walsh tweets out a series of ignorant things about how white people cannot celebrate MLK Jr. day. They then discuss how lots of whites cannot see the black community beyond their own personal views.Marco Rubio expressed his ownership of firearms from this past Christmas. He was simultaneously supporting the 2nd amendment in favor of his campaign, while fear mongering to help gain supporters. Hillary Clinton reacts to Bernie Sanders’s opinion on free health care. Bernie also laid out his health plan specifics and how most of the raised taxes fall on the rich. Donald Trump’s popularity is far lower than a lot of voters realize via stats. Bernie Sanders rating is not only much higher but the only positive statistic on the chart.

Due to the damage bombing has done to ISIS’ ability to travel and make their money, they’re forced to slash their employees’ pay by 50 percent. Becca Frucht replaces Iadarola for SCS. Update on the Flint water crisis. The water company is now coming after residents and customers that aren’t paying their water bills. An Oregon Militia member that is against government is complaining that his foster kids are being taken away, citing that he and his wife are losing the tons of money that they’re receiving from the government, based on their foster care duties. In one year, they were being paid $115K by charities alone. Jada Pinkett Smith and Spike Lee are two celebrities who vowed to boycott the Oscars due to their lack of diversity. Ana talks about a friend that pointed out Black actors’ audition season is for one extra month since they’re given parts after all of the White parts are filled and diversity quotas need to be met.

A San Diego man was sentenced to 1 year in prison after continuous threats to CAIR offices in SD and DC. His attorney told the judge that he carried out the terror threats because he was drinking heavily and binge watching Fox News about the Charlie Hebdo shooting. Claire McCaskill has come out against Bernie Sanders’ chance at winning the election if he beats Hillary in the primary. Video of her claiming it’s hard for Americans to see that Socialism is the answer to the country’s problems. Discussion over the viability of Clinton as the nominee.

He blamed his abusive tendencies on his rough and abusive upbringing. The confusing interview also had Kelly compare himself to 'the old Bill Cosby.' The Zika virus has been afflicting many babies around the world. A pregnant mother that was bitten by a mosquito transfers the virus to the unborn baby, leading to defects and a short life for the newborn. Amnesty International looked into the background of where many of our smartphones come from. They discovered that mining for the lithium ion batteries are done by children in The Democratic Republic of Congo for little to no money. Thousands of students are applying for debt forgiveness, citing that they were defrauded by their schools, as allowed by a law implemented in the ‘90s.

She then proceeded to put them on stage and in front of a poster of a fetus to promote anti-abortion.

Marco Rubio is still trying to prove his insane Conservative gravitas by highlighting a previous bill he introduced. In it, he would grant whistleblower status to people that snitch on prostitutes and give them cash rewards. A new survey of employees shows that they contribute to a high opioid use, costing employers billions of dollars. Gawker is facing yet another big lawsuit. The latest is from a freelance journalist that claims Gawker published a defamatory hit piece on her over her reporting about a Tinder executive’s dishonest testimony in a sexual harassment case.

Bernie Sanders recently got in trouble for not caring about Black Lives Matter after a recent ad was released that was not as ethnically diverse as it could be. This is hard to comprehend since he was arrested in the past while supporting the civil rights movement. We got a cat fight! This time it is between Trump and Cruz and both are trying to prove that one is more racist than the other. Trump then got into further trouble after re-tweeting a message from a neo-nazi twitter account.

We come back with Brett, Hass, Becca and discuss how a young man who had a gun in a movie theater, 'accidentally' shot a women in the chest about 15-20 minutes into the movie theater. A student from the University of Virginia, has gone missing in North Korea after visiting there recently. The US State department has only said that 'they know he is there' in response.

Video of the president saying that Sanders has tapped into a nerve of the Democratic voting block, but that it’s not like his own entry when he beat Hillary. John predicts that both Sanders and Clinton will win Iowa, to make sure he’s right. On the GOP side, Donald Trump has opened up a 7 pt lead on Cruz since the last debate. During the emergency, the teacher emailed the nurse, while the boy helped. His actions to save her resulted in suspension for breaking the rules. Apple is fighting for civil liberties by not offering to unlock phones for police investigations.

At last night’s Democratic Townhall debate, controversy surrounded a question from a kid that slipped up and said, 'I can see why they gave you this question' when it was supposed to be from the constituents. Video of the moment in question that made people ask if the questions were planted for Hillary from CNN. Cenk points out that Clinton has a history of planting questions. Video of her answer to the question. The kid that asked the question tweeted that it really was his question that was submitted to CNN for any candidate. Cenk rules that the kid was telling the truth, and that it wasn’t planted. One militia member in Oregon is upset that Christie called for them to be dismantled so he challenged him to a sumo match. Video of his challenge. Another story from the militia members was caught on police body cams when they arrested one heading to Oregon to help protect the other patriots. Video of the conflict where he was arrested for DUI and threatened to kill all of the cops. Cenk imagines what happens to minority citizens that have run ins with cops when they don’t’ have a gun or threaten death.

Ana joins Cenk for SCS. The Mizzou professor that tried to stop journalists from reporting on the school’s racial tensions, asking for 'muscle' has been charged with 3rd degree assault. After investigating Planned Parenthood over the fetal tissue sale controversy, the conclusions led them to indict the group that made the sting videos instead of PP. Fox News’ Judge Napolitano lost his mind over the fact that this Republican judge didn’t rule against Planned Parenthood. President Obama wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post announcing his executive order to ban solitary confinement for juveniles. The issue of drug addiction is suddenly something that legislators care about since White people are primarily addicted to heroin.

Cenk and Iadarola hosting. Part of the Oregon militia situation has come to a head when LaVoy Finicum was shot and killed by authorities last night after fleeing in his truck. Cliven Bundy spoke out about the situation, claiming that the Feds are out of line to kill innocent people trying to simply educate everyone about the Constitution. Video of some of the other militia members reacting to Finicum dying, with extreme anger, fear, and a call to arms. Cenk goes Cenko Unchained at the unbelievable level of White Privilege surrounding this entire situation. A Nevada lawmaker immediately tweeted that Finicum was shot with his hands up, and is now a martyr. Audio of the 18 year old girl that was in the car with Finicum, giving her account of how he was killed. A militia member that was in the other car pulled over gave his account of how Lavoy was killed, describing him as charging the cops.

Ana joins Cenk for SCS. Denmark is implementing a rule that would seize incoming refugees’ belongings that are worth more than $1500. They say that it is being done to pay for accommodating them. Washington DC has ticketed many cars since the snowstorm, totalling in over $1million in fees for residents. They have also towed tons of cars that are parked on snow emergency areas that need to be plowed. A couple of ex-Disney employees are suing the company for replacing them with immigrant employees that they had to train before being fired in favor of the cheaper labor.

They’ve decided to have people use bottled water and filters for necessities. After fallout from the Arizona high school made headlines for students wearing shirts to spell out Ni**er, the head of the NAACP was answering questions about the situation, and immediately commented on a female reporter’s 'nice tits.' Discussion over how this statement was sexist because of the setting he said it in. Oklahoma is pushing for a series of anti-LGBT laws that would severely limit and eliminate many rights of LGBT citizens.

The Feds also released an explanation of what happened, including him reaching for his 9mm handgun in his jacket. Jimmy thinks it was suicide by cop. Discussion of whether or not this was a justifiable shooting. Cenk hopes that the cops would’ve waited longer before shooting. Ben disagrees.

She is taking some thoughts from Bernie Sanders and making them her own.

Ana joins Cenk for SCS. A 'Bernie Bros' group has popped up online that harasses female voters that support Hillary Clinton. Ana reads stats that show that there is significant support for Sanders among women. Women aged 18 to 29 prefer Sanders to Clinton 57 to 27 percent. And they aged of 30 to 39 prefer Clinton to Sanders 45 to 48 percent. Donald Trump send out bumper stickers to homeless veterans saying we will make America great. Trump has given 75000 to veterans groups out of the 5 million donated by the foundation. The Fine Brothers are famous in youtube world, they create reaction show. They want to trademark their show. Kanye West and Wiz made crazy comments to each other. Kanye thought he was insulting his wife and therefore he made comment about his ex Amber Rose. So Amber Rose came back with a rude comment. Nevertheless the comment was taken over board, people are saying he is homophobic because the comment about finger in anal. It came off as a negative comment.

Cenk hosting. After last night’s primary in Iowa, Carly Fiorina took off before attending her rally party post-vote. Jeb Bush’s troubles on Monday began before the devastating votes. After his poor results, and extravagant spending, calculations showed that he spent $2800 for each vote he received in Iowa. In Bush’s pre-vote rally, a couple of guys demanded their money for being paid seat fillers at his event. Video of the humiliating outburst. Ben Carson’s campaign is accusing Ted Cruz of dirty tricks during Iowa Caucus voting by telling crowds that Carson dropped out of the race. During the voting last night, a picture of Trump and his daughter from years ago has circulated that looks suspicious. A new app call Bro, links guys up that are looking for dating, experimentation, or just a bro friendship. Cenk is adamant about this simply being a dating site for gay and bisexual men.

Donald Trump has changed his muted tone on the Iowa results and went on a Tweetstorm going after Cruz for his dishonest tactics against Ben Carson. He’s calling for either a recount or a disqualification. Donald Trump admitted to Morning Joe that he is a rookie to the election game, and that he didn’t even know what a ground game is. Bernie Sanders’ attention being focused on Goldman Sachs and Wall St has Lloyd Blankfein listening. Video of Blankfein painting the move to call them out dangerous by Sanders. Videos of Lloyd and the CNBC panel calling Sanders a Socialist and listing reasons why this is a disaster for America and the young people that support him. A recent poll asked people their thoughts on a political revolution that would redistribute money from the wealthy to the rest of the country that has received limited opportunities. Most people overwhelmingly supported the idea, even along Republican lines.

Ana joins Cenk for SCS. The SoCal Gas company is being punished for the Porter Ranch leak with a monetary slap on the wrist. In addition, the company is still billing the customers affected, and the prices have even gone up. A vast majority of teenagers that take out loans for college don’t know the details behind the loans they apply for. Researchers looked into the health impacts of smoking weed everyday for 5 years, and it showed a very slight loss in short term memory.

After he was involved in a minor accident where he was rear ended, the officer got out and was having an intense conversation when he was struck by another car. The cop was reportedly threatening the 1st driver’s life with his gun drawn when he was hit. Kansas police shot and killed a 56 year old woman in her home when cops were called to the house where she was in a fight with her boyfriend. A professor at the Univ of Kansas was forced out of her job after she used the n-word in class while telling students that her privilege has kept her from seeing the word spray painted on walls. Some of the students were upset about her word choice, and forced her out. Ana comes out hard on college students that feel being challenged is too much for them in the university setting. A high school teacher was forced to resign after a 16 year old student took her phone, searched through it, found semi-nude photos of her, and sent it around. The administration claimed it was still her fault since she didn't lock her phone from being searched. A UK company is offering its female employees time off for their difficult menstrual cycles. A man in Washington accidentally shot and killed himself when he and his girlfriend were taking selfies with their gun.

The Los Angeles police is examining a knife found at the former estate of OJ Simpson. A construction worker found the knife and gave it to a police officer. The officer took the knife home and kept it for years in his home. Caitlyn Jenner says she would like to be a trans ambassador for Ted Cruz, even though he has been very outspoken against the trans community. 'Bernie Bros' are being accused of being sexist for not supporting Clinton. This situation minimizes real cases of sexism and makes it a political ploy. Whole Foods is getting criticized for selling pre-peeled oranges for $6 each.

The student will now face charges for violating the state’s Computer Crimes Act. Students signed a petition to get their teacher’s job back, receiving over 12,000 signatures. The Supreme Court will consider arguments in the most important case it has heard on abortion rights in two decades, but even though there have been 7 democratic debates, there still has not been a question on abortion. Caitlyn Jenner criticized Hillary Clinton, saying she doesn’t care about women.

Cenk hosting today. Michael Bloomberg has announced he will not run for president afterall. He noted that we cannot afford to take more votes away from Dems and give Trump or Cruz a better chance to win. The Washington Post has published 16 negative and ridiculous articles on Bernie Sanders in the past 16 hours. A Tax Forgiveness policy is being considered by legislators. The forgiveness would be yet another tax haven/loophole provided to huge corporations that are holding their money overseas. Cenk reads excerpts from the Washington Post response to criticism about their negative articles. Just before the Sunday townhall, Hillary Clinton’s campaign Spox told reporters that unlike Bernie Sanders, Clinton doesn’t think the governor of Michigan should resign. But during the debate, she called for his resignation, in agreement with Sanders. A private meeting put together by the American Enterprise Institute was just conducted a few days ago on a private island. Some of the political players this year that were planning how to control the world were McConnell, Rove, Sasse, Tim Scott. They met with the publisher of the NYT, and owners of some large corporations.

Sweden’s Lib party is proposing a new law that would allow an expecting father to have the opportunity to opt out of becoming a parent within 18 weeks of conception.
