Su Ho should have admitted to Soo Hyeon that the woman is Yuri. Given how drastic she reacted to believing the woman was the neighbour, I don't think Soo hyeon can accept another lie from him and the best chance he had was to come clean about everything right there and then when she forgave him - again. Prob wouldn't have worked and would have destroyed Soo hyeon but being truthful is the only chance to not lose her.

Y'all I really want to switcheroo back to my ep2 original speculation that Seon Yul is the son of the guy she ran over and not the boy from the fire. I feel like this could work if maybe the boys swapped identity or smth in orphanage but it seems like a stretch and a lot of work for the writers to untangle. The signs are there that it's the other way around (seon yul's apprehension towards the diary, the other boy seen in family portrait photos with the guy she killed etc). I think I just accept it now lol
I still haven't figured out what's going on with soggy-waffle-su-ho and if he's the one being blackmailed but it looks more like the boy's target is her rather than the husband which again, it would make sense if he's the son.

How does Seon Yul know the creepy son? What's the deal with the orphanage photo? Why is he helping that snake? I HAVE QUESTIONS

Okay! The plot thickens. At this point I'm pretty sure Seon Yul is the son of the guy she ran over. Maybe he was even the one who killed her son and called his dad to cover it up :eyes: He absolutely knows who she is and may either be after revenge for her offing his dad or on a guilt trip for what his family did to hers. Dunno how all this fits into him working for that snake or the boy whose family died in the fire but it's only ep2 :sob:
Also Soo hyeon's no good cheating husbands' mistress most likely left the door opened when she slipped out after Soo hyeon came home early and the neighbour saw the whole thing smdh
I don't get the hate :type_3:♀ I watched it and loved it, glad I didn't read any reviews before seeing it coz some of them are brutal lmao. it's a great film, i don't mind the romance and would have happily watched it even without.

I hate not finishing a series once I start, but the way I struggled to finish this, good grief
I loved them in Goblin and thought they had great chemistry, but this show is.not.it.
It's a shame because I actually liked the story and it felt somewhat real, but Oh Yun Seo comes across as this innocent, perfect 15yr old with no substance which is wild since she does seem mature and intelligent at times. I have no clue what went wrong with Lee dong wook's character Jung rock, I've seen him pull off cold and emotionless before and with praise, but for whatever reason they did not click at all for me.
The jarring contrast between what seems like middle school crush interactions one moment and serious, life altering murder convictions the next felt completely out of place.
The writing is atrocious and leads acting felt severely subpar to the other shows I've seen them in. Oh Jung Se was fantastic as usual, and brief Jang ki yong's visuals helped but this was overall a complete waste of time for me and would not recommend.
Hyun-wook's Ho Soo is a 4k character in a 144p drama plot :rolling_eyes: What a waste of this guy's talent

it definitely was not what I expected, so pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this. I rarely read the summary descriptions precisely for this reason, if you've not watched it and are down for a wholesome tearjerker, can't go wrong with this film :purple_heart:
Look, I love me some Dongmin and this drama was cute af. It's not my cup of tea, it felt geared more towards kids or young adults and the acting could have been better. Having said that, MBC rlly didn't do it any favours by airing 2 ep/month at one point due to local sports, it struggled to keep interest at even the scheduled 1/week. Overall I don't regret watching it but I won't be in a hurry to recommend this to avid drama fans.
This show is a goddam masterpiece, I'm at a loss for words. The nuanced storytelling, brain teasing plot and exceptional acting really is second to none, an absolute must watch. Bravo Mouse team!
