Beautiful love story, which touched me and made me think about what is important in life.
Great actors and cinematography.
I also liked that - although a biopic of Bernstein - the focus is very strong on the person which made him the person that he is: his wife Felicia Montealegre
The end of the episode was way too heavy for me. the rape scene was totally disgusting and I had to fastforward, because I couldn't take it. It didn't have to be so "visual".
Difficult one to review. Starts really nice and then loses itself in the middle.
Really liked the visuals and the music, the SFX are also pretty nice.
Didn't like the actors at all, found that they were not convincing at all. For example the captain: "Your whole crew is dying, captain! What shall we do?". The captain just rises an eyebrow...
There are also a lot of plot holes: Why does the lift suddenly start to work, when they are working in the shaft? You get the feeling, that the moon would be "living", and then...no word again about that
And one star less for (bad) copying Aliens: "Sir, there's something moving on the radar! And it's fast!" Beep Beep "It's getting nearer!" BeepBeepBeep "Oh, it's just a little girl who is hiding!"
And I was like "Oh no! Soooo cheap!"
Liked the episode a lot: great visuals, great story, good balance between humour and seriousness, brilliant actors!
Was very happy to see Steve Martin again on the screen!
Bad actors, bad voice-over, bad story. Crap from beginning to end.
Great episode and very funny. The characters get also much more depth than in the first two episodes and become way more likeable.
Didn't have high expectations going into it. But even than I found the series pretty bad: the voice acting sucked, the story was totally cliche and made no sense at all. And let's not even start with the animations...
I didn't read the books nor have listened to the audio-books, so I can't tell how faithful the movie is to the source material.
It was funny and I really loved the political statements, but:
- some jokes were very flat
- there was no chemistry in the love story
- the end sucked
The characters feel also very superficial and have no depth.
+1 for the Nazi-jokes, else would have given it a 6.
They should make a spin-off with Adrian Pimento! He's hilarious.
And the "memento"-jokes were brilliant, I watched the movie like two days before!
The movie was pretty bad and disappointing. The cast of the spaceship wasn't convincing at all and I wasn't emotionally attached to any of the characters.
And the screenwriter, who thinks that letting the main character swim in polar water is a cool idea, should be fired on the spot.
Roberta williams! Ken Williams! Richard Garriot! So much awesomeness!
Was a big Sierra und Origin fan in the days and grew up with Ultima and King's Quest, so this episode had a special emotional meaning for me!
Totally awesome episode with a submarine, Nazis and Neonazis!
What an impressive movie: so many touching scenes and beautiful details.
I usually don't look Bollywood-movies, but this one is going for the top!
