It’s ok. Would never watch again. Not sure what I was expecting but most mystery type shows are logical. This is more of a fantasy type ending. It’s different.
This is not your average drug dealer series. The writing in great. The acting is well done. The casting is pretty near perfection. Don’t pass this one up. It covers nearly the entire drug industry from the street to the government, across the world. If you like all of the Power series or shows like Godfather of Harlem, you will love this show.

Just discovered this show on Roku. It’s funny but be prepared for no continuity in storylines and lots of casting changes. The last season was so out of order it’s tough to keep up but for me the funniest parts were the “trapped in a sitcom” plot twists in season 4 that made up for the lack of continuity.
Wow. What a story. Russia is a terrifying place to create something. My appreciation for Tetris had definitely increased.
I love the original take on the storyline which evidently goes back to the roots of the story. Contrary to other comments, I read that the original story had the diversity, it was only whitewashed in other stories. But the execution is off. I honestly don't care if it gets renewed. For me it was ok but not great.
You will never get these hours back. So my advice is do not watch this. Do something else. Like watch a blade of grass grow. Or paint a wall and watch it dry. Anything is better than watching this series.

If you’re looking for a fun comedy to binge with only 22 episodes, this one fits the bill. I never even heard about this show until Roku added it on their free channel. Each episode takes on a single issue couples face and reveals how three couples at different stages in their relationship deal with it. Lots of fun :smiley:
Here for Snoop. I already knew about his football league but that’s not what this movie is about. Not sure who the audience is for this movie. It’s a funny family movie that is not appropriate for young kids. It’s a fun feel good movie but it’s not a great movie. If you like Snoop you’ll enjoy the movie. :popcorn:
I love this show. These agents were put out to pasture yet unfortunately for their boss they continue to stumble into cases. The result is usually a fight to survive. Not your average spy thriller. Lots of humor and bumbling agents. And the seasons are short, which makes for a great binge.
The words based on a true story always get my attention. Bass Reeves actually went from slave to deputy. This was my first introduction to this man’s story. I hope it willl not be my last. Definitely worth your time. But the show should have been longer.

The story was really fascinating but the writing just didn’t deliver. Not that it was low budget, but I just feel like Hulu slashed the budget at the end, forcing the ending. It’s good, just not great.
As always, AppleTV produces quality television. The cast… amazing. The acting … amazing. The story and wriring, incredible. This is definitely a must watch. A beautiful story about women and the struggle to be heard.
I watched this show in 2023. I only wish I had watched when it aired. More viewers could have stopped the cancellation. The series finale was so good that it makes for a great and satisfying binge. Sad that it was cancelled.
I held off watching this because I dont like to cry. So I was pleasantly surprised that it only made me smile. :blush: Michael J Fox is still making us laugh and this movie will surprise and inspire you. So worth your time.
By no means will this be a movie you will love but it will be a one of those funny and silly “horror” spoof movies that you will find amusing.
It’s wild to see how conspiracy theories totally envelop these people. One actually blamed “the left” for him losing his prostitute girl friend, which of course forced him to storm the Capitol. The one moment that was interesting to me was that during the insurrection the group was almost welcoming of people of different races. But when they started serving their prison sentences racism increased and the Jan 6th prisoners segregated themselves. We as liberals assumed they were racist because at minimum they were ok with racism. Turns out there was racism.
I love this show. It made me happy and sad and excited and I wish it didn’t end. I know it’s just a story about an unexpected and unique family. But sometimes you just want to watch a story about a family going through life, all while hoping their dreams come true. And for those who worry about the series finale, it was really awesome. Great cast. Great acting. Wonderful heartwarming story.
I’m here for season 2. I wasn’t sure at the beginning of season 1 if I was going to like this show. It got better. And I’m still watching. Basically it’s a story about a game warden who bumps into lots of criminals. And while the criminals think they can get around the mild mannered warden, ole Joe Pickett has other ideas. It’s not the greatest show you’ll ever see but it’s a fun and interesting binge.

And instead of glorifying hospitals and pharmaceutical companies they point out the very real problems that affect us all. Wish they could have given it a few more episodes to wrap up the finale better, but I think covid may have forced the series off the air. Still an awesome show.

This Sean Penn documentary on Ukraine was very well done. What began as a story about President Zelenskyy becomes a war origin story and the rise of a true leader. We need to realize that Ukraine’s fight is our fight. For freedom. For democracy. It’s very inspiring. Well worth your time. Slava Ukrainii!
