Pretty awesome stuff! A recap would've been nice, though.
Man... Zeus is one nasty creep.
It's like Dexter, You and Tony Soprano's mother had a baby and it grew up in New Zealand.
I love the Ghost-in-the-Shell-esque intro song.
Patty Solis-Papagian is such a great character and Nina Arianda just fucking nails it.
The show is okay but I absolutely love the opening tune :relaxed:
I'm Dutch and I have no idea WTF is said at the beginning of this episode. Either by Arnold or the voice on the phone. Also, people from Antwerp speak Flemish, not Dutch. A subtle distinction, kinda like how British and American English differ, but it sounds really stupid if you know the difference.
J. Edgar binging The Wire, I'd like to see that :joy:
The biggest crime of all was Detective Felber's haircut.
Fun watch, although the Barbie and Ken characters are a bit ridiculous.
Fun show, but they've taken huge creative liberties when it comes to anything technological. Contacts haven't been stored on SIM cards for at least 10 years before the first season came out. The same goes for text messages. You can't crack encryption on a laptop, unless you're willing to wait a 1000 years. Storage capability of SIM cards is extremely limited, so it's impossible to store video files on it. Emails can't destroy themselves. And the list goes on...
It's hilarious that the actor who plays the British PM was also the British PM that fucks a pig on national TV in the first episode of Black Mirror.
Ugh... Why does everything Tina Fey is in have to have the same stupid whimsical score.
I love the Australian discount Duke Nukem.
This show isn't very funny but I don't think it is meant to be funny. It is, however, fun to watch.
After watching the last episode I don't know how I feel about how this show basically Truman Showe'd Ronald. Surrounding an unsuspecting person with a bunch of actors to pull a prank on them is pretty harmless if it's for a few hours or maybe a day. But collectively gaslighting someone for over two weeks just feels wrong. That's enough time to build bonds with the people around you, especially in such a setting. And then to find out none of it was real? Maybe he can use his $100,000 to sue them for psychological damages.
I like Andy Samberg and usually enjoy the things he's in but I think he sucks as a voice artist. Adding his already cooky personality to a cartoon characters sort of feels like a hat on a hat.
Some of this show is "blah", but then some of it is like, "Okay."
Edit:
Well, it certainly gets better towards the end. Hoping we'll see a season 2.
I think this is a "Big Mouth" crossover.
Woof, this pretty awful. Acting is poor and hardly any Sarah Michelle Gellar. Couldn't get trough the first episode.
I think the first one was a little better but I love how they turned the whole "zombiepunk" thing up a notch in this one. That limbless zombie hooked up to a motorcycle was hilarious. I'm hoping for a part 3.
This must be one of the stupidest premises for a movie I've ever seen.
Okay movie but so many cheesy callbacks.
Oh my god. What an awful, narcissistic, jealous, controlling, possessive charlatan. Everybody around her has to walk on eggshells as to not to offend her in anyway. And she gets offended very easily. I see her doing the same things I saw Keith Raniere do in The Vow. When followers complain that they don't get the results they were promised, the leader tells them that it's their own fault because they are just not really trying. Her only talent is her ability to spew bullshit with such confidence so that vulnerable people will believe every word of it.
You could make movie of just the family without PG. Each of them awful in their own way.
The writing leaves something to be desired at times but Stallone's great acting (I did not know he could do that!) makes than up for most of it. It's a fun watch and I hope we get to see a season 2.
A fun horror flick that feels like a spoof of an '80s movie.Although I found the ending to be a little underwhelming, it pleasantly surprised me overall. Would watch again.
Never heard a full-grown man scream so much.
Koala Man is the hero Dapto needs.
Great movie and great misdirection in the trailer: they make it seem like Julianne Moore is there for the baby belly reveal but she gets snuffed way before that, making it very unexpected.
